Let's talk avatars—KreadoAI's library is impressively diverse, featuring people of different ages, ethnicities, and professions. I don´t know why some avatars look a bit artificial in the preview thumbnails, but they typically look much better in the videos.
Most avatars are unique, but some have an upper left sign that shows they have variations (usually two). The library is quite diverse: men, women, young and old, doctors, workers, and people of many ethnicities and ages. Strangely, some avatars look kind of artificial, but once you click on them to preview how they look, the quality of the character improves, and it is way better than the preview.
Honestly, it´s for sure you will find your ideal character here, but KreadoAI gets you covered if you need to clone yourself into an avatar and make your digital twin.
You only need a good quality camera (you can use your cell phone) and follow simplele guidelines to record a short video. Once you upload it, the system processes the video, and your library will include the avatar.
For those needing top-tier quality, KreadoAI offers studio-quality custom avatars for a one-time payment of $499. Compared to Synthesia's $1000/year for similar functionality, this feels like a bargain.
I do have one concern, though. KreadoAI's disclaimer regarding custom avatars feels a bit light—they simply ask you to confirm you have authorization. I think they should enforce this more strictly, perhaps requiring video consent like some competitors do.
4-AI Voice Generation
With 1,600 voices across 140+ languages, KreadoAI's voice library is impressive. The dashboard makes finding the right voice easy, with filters for language, country, gender, age, tone, and even supplier (Azure, Eleven Labs, Alibaba, Google, Voice Engine, and Minimax)
I've only tested English and Spanish voices (my language limitations, not the platform's), and the quality is outstanding in both. You can adjust pitch and speed, though I wish there were options to tweak specific word pronunciations (a feature some competitors offer)—sometimes AI voices still struggle with certain terms.
Like with avatars, you can clone your own voice for $9.90 (a one-time fee). Want to use your voice in 140+ languages? That'll cost you $199. Not cheap, but it's potentially worth it if you're creating multilingual content regularly.
6-Additional Features
KreadoAI offers many additional resources that -although not related to video creation are handy tools to have in case you need them.
AI background remover: A simple but effective tool to remove background from your photos.
Talking Photo: You can use a stock photo, upload your own pic or generate an AI photo. Then add your text, customize the pic and render it.
AI Face Swap: This feature changes the face of the person in the video with another one you can upload.
Videos from PPT: If you upload your static PPT presentation, this feature can convert it into a vivid video.
AI Character Generation: This one impressed me. You type a text prompt and the system generates a character (or video) based on your text. Let´s try how it works:

The picture quality is photorealistic, and it only took a few seconds to create the images. You can choose any of these to add to your avatar library. This feature is amazing and is currently available only in KreadoAI.

Lip-syncing is quite good, and this is a type of talking photo video. Creating a photo from a text prompt isn´t something new, but the ability to turn it into a video is amazing.
AI Model: This allows you to upload a single pic and generate commercial shoot models with different skin tones and looks. The "Mannequin" feature lets you change the clothes of a model´s pic on the platform.

KreadoAI manages support right within the platform. On the bottom right corner there is a chat icon you can click for help
The "We typically reply within 12 hours" legend isn´t so good; I always need immediate when I am in the middle of a project and have an issue.
On the bottom left dashboard, a Resource button lets you access the Latest updates, tutorials, API docs, FAQs, and a "Contact Us" button.
Regarding tutorials, you can access tutorial videos from the main dashboard.
There are also text tutorials and a FAQ section that details the main features of the platform.
How to Make a Video with KreadoAI
The KreadoAI dashboard feels a bit cluttered at first—I wish they'd offer a dark mode option—but I quickly adapted to it. Creating videos is straightforward, whether you start with a template or from scratch.
The dashboard has a standard design with four main sections. These are:
- Main tools: Video from text, talking photos, video from PowerPoint, AI text dubbing, video face swap, studio avatars, URL to video, voice cloning, image background remover, and AI model.

- AI Voices
I will choose a pre-made template to make a video. The aspect ratios available are only 16:9 and 9:16, but there is a decent quantity of templates, so you can start with some inspiration to create your video. Of course, you can start from scratch, too.
I click on the template, and the system lets me preview the avatar and voice. Notice that the template includes four slides. Like many similar platforms, Kreado uses templates to create the video, unlike traditional video creation with timelines.
The template has an avatar, but it can be easily changed by selecting another one from the bottom dashboard. There is a massive library of over 700 avatars, which is diverse enough to represent many ethnicities, making it a great feature for those working with a worldwide audience.
Clicking on the avatar lets you move it and set it any place on the screen, and it is possible to choose the avatar frame as circle, boxed, half-body, or no frame.
On the right side, you can enter the text that the system will convert to speech. It is also possible to use the AI copywriting feature for crafting the script based on specific keywords.
As Kreado creates videos based on slides, you must do this for every slide. Slides support enter and exit animations, which you can set to none, fade, left, right, up, or down.
There are many resources to personalize your video. From the right sidebar, you can add tons of royalty-free graphic assets from Pixabay and Pexels, as well as media icons, logos, music, and text. But you can upload your own if you can´t find the right image or sound (good for branding)
A screen recorder button allows you to add your recorded screen to your video, which is a helpful resource for creating courses and tutorials.
As I mentioned before, Kreado has a vast set of voices and tones to choose from and many top-quality voice providers. You can adjust pitch and speed and add pauses between sentences, but you cannot set specific phonemes or pronunciation to particular words.
I made some minor adjustments to the pre-made template and saved my project.
Once I finish the video, I can preview it. Similar to another platforms, lip-syncing is not available at this stage, but all other features are. I click on the "Generate Video" button, and the system starts rendering the video.
The rendering took about three minutes for a 38-second clip, pretty standard for this type of platforms.

The overall result is quite good, although lip-syncing could be better (a common issue with most AI video tools I´ve tried)
Once the video is ready, you can share it with a link, share it on X, Facebook, LinkedIn, or Pinterest, or embed it on your website.
If you need to edit it, remember that re-rendering it will consume credits from your account, just like on any other similar platform.
How to Create a Video from URL with KreadoAI
This is an excellent feature if you need to create a promotional video from Amazon, Shopify, Ebay or other e-Shop.
Lets go with a fancy Pressure Cooker I found on Amazon. I copy and paste the product url into the text box and click "Generate Video."
In the next screen, notice how the system collected all the info about the product, including images
I can edit product names and descriptions and add or delete images. Let´s delete a pair of images and click on the "Next" button.
Here I must set language, location, and target audience, a custom script or one AI-generated. Let´s check how this works with an AI script.
The AI generates five scripts with different topics, these can be edited and adjusted. I choose the "Emotional" topic and click on "Next."
The system offers seven templates based on my script, and I can preview these on the left dashboard and choose the best for my audience. At this stage, I can change the avatar and adjust any other feature of the video before submitting it for render.
